Principal

Val is a Certified Health Coach. She received her health coach training (Integrative Nutrition Health Coach) at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and her Bachelor of Education degree from University of Alberta in Edmonton. She taught 39 years with the Edmonton Public School Board as a Music Specialist, Guidance Counsellor, and Reading Recovery Teacher.
